1. Prohibited things in using of disc granulator
- The granulator should run forward; avoid inversion.
- It is forbidden to run the granulator empty and without load, and it must be operated with hot engine and feeding, so as to avoid the phenomenon of sticking (shaft holding).
- It is strictly forbidden to enter iron and other sundries into the feed port of the granulator and the vent hole. In order to avoid unnecessary accidents and affect safe and normal granulation of organic fertilizer.
2. Things need to pay attention to during disc pelletizer working
- When the bearing part of the reducer is burned, or accompanied by noise, it should be stopped and repaired in time, and refueling should be added.
- When the bearing parts at both ends of the bearing chamber of the main engine are hot or there are noises, stop the machine for inspection and add butter. During normal operation, the bearing chamber is filled with lubricating oil every 5-6 days.
- Pay attention to find out the operation rules of the machine; such as: the temperature of the machine is high or low, the speed of the speed is slow, and it can be dealt with in time according to the situation.
- When the fuselage is running unstable, you should pay attention to check whether the gap between the couplings is too tight, and loosen it in time.
3. Start pan granulation machine in right way
- Before turning on pan pelleting machine, first heat up for about 40 to 50 minutes. Raise the temperature to pull the V-belt of the motor by hand until it becomes free; pull it continuously for eight to ten times according to the normal working direction. Then continue to heat up for about ten minutes, and then turn on the machine, but continue to heat up, because normal production needs to continue to add heat; Adjust different temperatures according to different properties of plastics.
- When the granulator is working normally, the machine temperature should be kept stable and not fluctuate. Near the vent hole, until the machine head, the temperature should be kept at about 200°C (referring to the acrylic material and the second material).
