Fourth, sheep manure organic fertilizer production line fermentation precautions:
Raw material particle size: sheep manure and auxiliary raw material particle size below 10mm, otherwise it needs to be crushed with a compost crusher machine;
Suitable material water: the most suitable fermentation humidity for composting microorganisms is 50 ~ 60 the ultimate humidity of 60 ~ 65%. Therefore, the moisture of the material is adjusted to about %55~ 60% is the best. When the moisture reaches more than 65%, the probability of dead tank not fermenting is higher;
Control of sheep manure and excipients: organic matter such as straw, corn stalks, peanut stems and so on can be used as excipients according to local agricultural conditions. The ratio of sheep manure to excipients can be adjusted according to the requirements of the fermentation water. (Generally 3:1) The carbon-nitrogen ratio can be used for composting excipients 20~80:1 raw materials. Therefore, dry straw, corn stalks, fallen leaves, soybean stems, peanut stems and other organic matter commonly found in rural areas can be used as excipients for composting goat manure;
Fermentation cycle: after the mixture of sheep manure, excipients and inoculation materials, the first pile is recorded as the start time of the fermentation cycle, generally through the 3 to 4 days of warming period (5 to 7 days in winter), into the high temperature fermentation stage.
When the temperature of the pile exceeds the temperature, the temperature can be maintained for more than 24 hours at 60-70 °C, and the number of piles can change with the season. The winter fermentation cycle is 15 days to 40 °C, which can be judged as a dead tank.
Fermentation start-up failed. At this point, the moisture in the compost fermentation machine must be measured. If the moisture is more than 60%, auxiliary materials and inoculation materials should be added, and if the moisture is less than 60%, consideration should be given to whether the inoculation material is insufficient.
