The disc granulator belongs to the use of centrifugal force agglomeration processing technology, and its production process:
(1) Pulverizing and mixing: The fermented and decomposed livestock powder organic fertilizer raw materials are pulverized to make it reach a suitable particle size, and then transported to a horizontal fertilizer mixer for mixing, and then transported to the granulator feed bin after mixing evenly.
(2) Feeding granulation: The powdery raw materials are uniformly fed through the feeding hopper and supplied to the disc of the disc type fertilizer granulator machine at a constant speed; The surface of the material in the disc makes the powder reach a reasonable humidity; the powder uses the centrifugal force of the disc rotation and the frictional force of the disc to produce axial rolling. During the rolling process, the powder is rubbed and squeezed to form a moisture comparison. Large organic fertilizer pellets.
(3) Drying and cooling: The processed moisture-rich granules are transported to the organic fertilizer drum type dryer through the belt conveyor. During the tumbling process of the granules in the dryer, they are converted with the heat energy blown from the hot blast stove to achieve drying and organic granules. The fertilizer is dried to a reasonable water content and then sent to a cooler, where rapid cooling is achieved, and the cooled particles are sent to a rotating screening machine for particle classification.
(4) Screening and coating: In the drum screening machine, the qualified organic fertilizer granules are sent to the pellets coating machine through the conveyor for coating; the unqualified granules are transported back to the crushing and mixing process and then granulated.
(5) Packaging and storage: The coated particles are weighed and packaged by an automatic weighing and packaging machinery, and then stored in storage.
(6) Dust removal process: drying, cooling and workshop dust disposal, use cyclone dust collector or water curtain wet dust removal three-level treatment, and empty after reaching the standard.
