The cause of the above phenomenon is often stuck by the objects in the bottom box, and then the granulated materials fall off, causing the cylinder to rattle, and in severe cases, the cylinder skin will be scratched. At this time, the maintenance should be stopped and the fault should be eliminated. The reducer of some granulators is overheated. The reason is insufficient oil or poor oil quality, excessive wear of gears and worms, or poor meshing, poor lubrication of bearings, or serious wear. If the magnetic field strength of the granulator becomes weaker, the reason for this situation is generally that the temperature is too high, the body is exposed to sunlight, and acid-base corrosion.
