At present, the main methods of pig manure treatment are: aerobic composting and biogas production.
1) Aerobic composting is to biodegrade the macromolecular organic matter in pig manure under aerobic conditions with the help of aerobic microorganisms to form organic matter similar to humus. Its products can be used as organic fertilizers or soil amendments. The aerobic composting methods include: stack composting, static aerated composting, trough composting, tower composting and other forms.
2) The production of biogas is to convert organic gas into biogas in an anaerobic environment. The biogas produced can be used for production and living gas, and it can also be used for power generation or purification to produce biogas. At the same time, the biogas residue contains a lot of nutrients. It can be used as fertilizer for farmland.
The traditional method of pig manure treatment is anaerobic composting, that is, composting.
This method is suitable for pig farms with relatively backward breeding methods, but it is not suitable for large-scale intensive pig farms to pass fattening. At present, the mainstream method of pig manure treatment is aerobic composting or mixed water and manure for energy recovery, biogas residue reuse, and aerobic composting modes are now very numerous, and many environmental protection companies are making related equipment.
In addition, there is now another way to transform pig manure into animal protein, such as breeding maggots, earthworms, and black water flies. Therefore, there are many ways to treat pig manure, and the technology is very mature. It is nothing more than a different form.
According to the breeding technology, the main method of pig production manure treatment is solid manure decomposed and fermented to make organic fertilizer. The liquid and sewage of pig manure are discharged to the sewage tank through the pipeline system, and the three-stage anaerobic fermentation is used for irrigation or discharge up to the standard. This mode is mainly used for the manure treatment of the dry manure removal process.
The process of removing blister manure generally adopts solid-liquid separation first. The solid and liquid treatment methods are the same as the above-mentioned treatment methods. The solid-liquid mixture can also be directly used to produce biogas. The biogas can be used for power generation or as fuel. At present, FPC company has developed a liquid fertilizer production line. The dehydrated liquid of pig manure can be used for liquid fertilizer production. The biogas residue is mainly used for the discharge of fertilizer or sewage after purification treatment. Manure and sewage from pig farms can also be treated by means such as constructed wetlands or biological oxidation ponds.
