Pile fermentation: Obtain cellulose-degrading bacteria through screening or other means, and add the cultured cellulose-degrading bacteria to the pig manure mixture at a certain dose. Then add the protease-producing bacteria and mix it with pig manure thoroughly and evenly. Turn it every two to three days, and observe the maturity of pig manure every seven days. During the fermentation process, the moisture content is 60-70%, and the temperature is low before, medium high, and then drops. The temperature should not be too high, 50-60 degrees when it is high. The general fermentation process is 20-30 days in summer and 35-45 days in winter.
Crushing and screening: The fermented pig manure mixture is crushed with a crusher, and the crushed material needs to pass through 30-40 mesh when sieving.
Ingredients mixing: The crushed and sieved pig manure mixture is tested for nutrients, and then transported to the organic fertilizer mixer. According to the condition of nutrient testing, it is formulated into pure natural organic fertilizer required for different planting crops.
Granulation and packaging: The prepared pig manure mixture is granulated and packaged as required. Generally, there are two types of granulation: extrusion granulation and disc granulation.
