Overview of compound fertilizer production line

  1. The main equipment of the compound fertilizer production line adopts forward and reverse operation, mixing and outputting materials through a special internal screw mechanism and a unique three-dimensional structure. The whole set of equipment has the characteristics of low price, small area, large output, uniform mixing and so on.
  2. The compound fertilizer production line is designed and manufactured according to the requirements of compound fertilizer plants and fertilizer distributors, with an output of 10,000 to 100,000 tons. It adopts the process of direct feeding in the lifting tank and direct unloading of the mixer, which almost reaches the goal of zero blanking.
  3. Product configuration of compound fertilizer production line: raw material conveying system, batching metering system, material mixing system, product packaging system, high-performance control system. This equipment overcomes the chromatographic or shunting phenomenon of the mixture caused by the difference in the specific gravity and particle size of the raw materials, and improves the accuracy of the batching.
  4. It solves the impact of material characteristics, mechanical vibration, air pressure, voltage fluctuations, cold weather and other factors on the system. It has the characteristics of high accuracy, fast speed, and long service life. It is ideal for compound fertilizer (mixed fertilizer) manufacturers. choose. This equipment has a variety of models to choose from, the production speed is 6 to 18 tons/hour, and the types of raw materials are 3 to 8.

Steps of compound fertilizer production line:

  1. Ingredients of raw materials: raw materials are allocated in a certain proportion (mainly determined according to local market demand and local soil test results).
  2. Mixing and mixing: Stir the prepared raw materials evenly to increase the uniform fertilizer efficiency content of the overall fertilizer particles, and use a horizontal mixer or a pan mixer for mixing.
  3. Agglomeration and crushing: crushing large agglomerates of materials that are evenly mixed and stirred to facilitate subsequent granulation processing. Chain crushers are mainly used.
  4. Material granulation: send the uniformly stirred and crushed material to the granulator through a belt conveyor for granulation (rotary drum fertilizer granulator can be used, or fertilizer double-roller extrusion granulator or disc type fertilizer granulator can be used. Granulator, etc.), this step is an indispensable and important link in the process flow of the compound fertilizer production line.
  5. Initial screening: preliminary screening of semi-finished products, unqualified particles are returned to the compound fertilizer production line for mixing and reprocessing, generally using a drum screening machine.
  6. Granule drying: send the granules made by the granulator and sieved for the first time into the dryer, and dry the moisture contained in the granules to increase the strength of the granules and facilitate storage. Generally, a tumble dryer is used.
  7. Granule cooling: The temperature of the dried fertilizer granules is too high and easy to agglomerate. After cooling, it is convenient for bagging, storage, and transportation, and it is cooled by a cooler.
  8. Secondary screening of particles: the cooled particles are sieved, the unqualified particles are crushed and re-granulated, the qualified products are screened out, and the secondary drum sieving machine can be used for screening.
  9. Finished particle coating: coating qualified products to increase the brightness and roundness of the particles and make the appearance more beautiful. Generally, the coating machine is used for coating.
  10. Quantitative packaging of finished pellets: The wrapped pellets are the finished pellets that are sent to the silo through a belt conveyor for temporary storage, and then connected to an electronic quantitative packaging scale, sewing machine and other automatic quantitative packaging and sealing bags, and stored in a ventilated place to achieve complete automation.
