Urea crusher for NPK compound fertilizer production
The single shaft urea pulverizer is a kind of crushing machine used to produce high nitrogen compound fertilizer and water-soluble fertilizer.
This machine mainly uses the gap between the high-speed roller and concave plate to grind and shear. The size of the gap determines the degree of material crushing. After the urea particles enter the machine, the drum first rotates at high speed to make the particles break against the machine wall and baffle. Then through the gap between the drum and the concave plate, it is ground into powder.
