In bio agriculture, compost and straw will be designed as raw materials for organic fertilizer production line. The raw material is crushed for fermented process, and then other nutrients are added for granulation.
How to make bio compost pellets
This series of fertilizer machine can use simple composter to ferment raw materials, and equipped with fermentation composter in NPK fertilizer production line. Then, fertilizer crusher, fertilizer mixer and fertilizer crusher will be equipped to deal with the raw materials. We can use chain crusher and horizontal mixer to deal with organic raw materials.
Next, in the production of bio compost fertilizer granules, in the fertilizer manufacturing process must be equipped with fertilizer granulator.
We can use the drum granulator in the organic fertilizer production line, or we can equip the equipment in the NPK biological organic fertilizer production line to complete the production process of NPK fertilizer granulator.
Rotary drum granulator usually uses wet granulation to complete the production process. This is different from roller pelletizer, which usually uses dry pelletizing method to produce fertilizer pelletizer.
