Heat Loss Control of Organic Fertilizer Dryer
The drying equipment of organic fertilizer production line, organic fertilizer dryer, is affected by temperature in the process of working. How to effectively control temperature and reduce heat loss and dust pollution in organic fertilizer production line has become the subject of dryer.
In general, controlling the temperature to improve the efficiency of the drying equipment of the organic fertilizer production line, the efficiency of the organic fertilizer dryer needs to be adjusted from four aspects, such as sealing, and the heat loss of the organic fertilizer production line needs to be controlled from four aspects, such as heat preservation and water content control.
(1) The dryer with the length of 12-18m should adopt the medium and high temperature route, otherwise the product moisture is difficult to reach the standard; the dryer with the length of more than 22 mm is suitable for low temperature and large air volume.
(2) The temperature of compound fertilizer formula without urea should be determined according to the moisture content of compound fertilizer. If the moisture content of the product exceeds the standard, the drying temperature should be increased; if the moisture content of the product is too low, the drying temperature should be decreased.
(3) The operating temperature should be determined according to the amount of urea in the formula. Urea (decomposition temperature 132’c) is a kind of chemical fertilizer with low decomposition temperature except for carbon. Therefore, attention should be paid to the amount of urea in production.
If urea accounts for 150o-200o in the formula, the head gas temperature can be controlled at about 170 ℃, and the tail gas temperature should be controlled at 70 ℃; if the amount of urea is increased, the operating temperature should be reduced, and the operating temperature can be increased appropriately.
(4) The better way is to make a jacket on the outside, put pearlescent sand in the middle, or wrap it with mineral wool, and wrap it with glass wool on the outside, so the cost is low.
