Organic Fertilizer Composting Process
1. During the composting process, the ventilation and oxygen supply at the bottom of the composting materials are ensured; during the ventilation process, on the one hand, the oxygen supply of the composting materials is realized, on the other hand, the moisture of the materials is regulated, and on the other hand, the temperature is controlled.
2. The depth of organic manure composting in the organic manure fermentation tank is 0.8-1.5M. the width of composting should strictly comply with the process design of the fermentation dumper. The length can be determined according to the planned annual output. The low depth of composting is not conducive to temperature rise fermentation and complete decomposition. If the depth is too large, such as more than 2m, it is easy to cause insufficient ventilation and oxygen supply, which also affects the fermentation quality.
3. When organic fertilizer dumper is used to treat materials, if the materials are stored for too long or there are too many straws, fresh faeces should be added to adjust during fermentation; how long the materials are stored is easy to cause some organic matter to disperse or volatilize.
4. Professional organic fertilizer production line process to use the dumper to turn the pile, promote fermentation, realize the control of composting temperature, moisture control, and realize oxygen supplement, so as to achieve full maturity. For the small-scale fermentation of farmyard manure, it is necessary to cover the compost pile in the outdoor flat land fermentation, so as to avoid that the manure on the air dried surface can not be completely fermented;
5. In the fermentation process, the first fermentation maturity is generally 10 days to half a month, which is mainly achieved in this process. The organic fertilizer raw materials after trough fermentation usually need secondary aging fermentation, and the secondary fermentation time is usually three or four days to a week.
