How to make high quality composting organic fertilizer?

How to do organic fertilizer? It is basically through deep processing after composting to get high-quality organic fertilizer. Modern composting methods are improved on the basis of traditional composting. The similarity between modern composting and traditional composting is that organic waste is processed into organic fertilizer by aerobic or anaerobic fermentation.

Compared with the traditional methods, the modern organic fertilizer processing method has a qualitative leap, mainly reflected in the harmless organic fertilizer, the shortening of fermentation cycle, and the improvement of organic matter content of organic fertilizer. The scale of these factors, as well as the application of modern biological technology, promote the development of animal husbandry.

At present, the organic fertilizer processing technology used by people has very good ecological significance, and also brings benefits for agricultural production. It has been reported that seed seedbed prepared by composting can inhibit soil borne diseases. In the process of composting, the organic matter is not easy to decompose, stable and easy to be absorbed by crops under the action of microorganisms; at the same time, the role of microorganisms can reduce the toxicity of heavy metals in a certain range. Therefore, composting is a simple and effective method to produce bio organic fertilizer, which is beneficial to the development of ecological agriculture.

Most organic fertilizer products are only composted and fermented for 15-20 days, which can only meet the harmless standard. The fermentation process of high-quality organic fertilizer compost generally takes 45-60 days. This is because during the heating stage and high temperature stage of composting, harmful microorganisms such as plant pathogenic bacteria, insect eggs and weed seeds will be killed, but the main role of microorganisms in this process is metabolism and reproduction, and only a small amount of metabolites are produced, and these metabolites are unstable and not easy to be absorbed by plants.

In the late cooling period, microorganisms will humus organic matter and produce a large number of metabolites beneficial to plant growth and absorption. This process takes 45-60 days. Through this process, composting can achieve three purposes, one is harmless; the other is humus; the third is to produce a large number of microbial metabolites, such as antibiotics, proteins and so on.
