- Determine the size of the equipment: for example, the annual output of 10000 tons, the quotation list of organic fertilizer production line, or how many tons are produced in an hour, or how many tons are produced daily? Then the price can be determined.
- To determine whether the production is powdery or granular, the investment of powdery equipment is generally small. If you choose granular, it depends on the shape of the product, whether it is standard ball or irregular. This depends on the local fertilizer sales market and farmers’ consumption habits.
- For the selection of granulator, if it is to produce standard spherical granulator, there are disc granulator, drum granulator, wet granulator, organic fertilizer rapid granulator, etc., all of which need to be matched with drying equipment; if the columnar granule is selected, the main equipment includes flat mold granulator, ring die granulator, etc; If the flat ball is selected, the main equipment is a pair of roller extrusion granulator, which can be produced without a dryer, and the equipment design is relatively simple.
- Determine the equipment configuration level: the configuration level is different, the equipment price is different, the number of labor is different, and the production environment is also different.
- Determine the type of fertilizer to be produced. The general types of organic fertilizer are divided into four types: pure organic fertilizer, organic-inorganic compound fertilizer, bio organic fertilizer and compound microbial fertilizer. Pure organic fertilizer has strong adaptability and can be produced by general equipment. The organic-inorganic compound fertilizer depends on the fertilizer formula. If the total nutrient content is high, the selection of equipment granulator is more stringent.
- Selection of fermentation tipping machine: the general fermentation forms are: stack fermentation, shallow tank fermentation, deep tank fermentation, organic fertilizer fermentation tank, tower fermentation, rotary cylinder fermentation. The fermentation methods are different, and the fermentation equipment is also different. Generally, the shallow tank tipper is more suitable for the principle of aerobic fertilizer composting, and the price is not high, which is more suitable for the actual situation.
