Production Process of Cow Manure Fertilizer

Production Process of Cow Manure Fertilizer

Cow dung is one of the main fertilizer raw materials for farm self-made organic fertilizer, retting fertilizer and biological fertilizer. Most people know that the effect of applying fertilizer directly with cow manure is not very good. On the one hand, it may cause secondary fermentation to burn roots and seedlings; on the other hand, the pest eggs and bacteria in cow dung are easy to be brought into the soil with feces, which will increase the incidence of plant disease, root rot, leaf yellowing and withering, and in addition, cattle manure will breed mosquitoes, flies and maggots, which will damage crop roots, resulting in yield reduction and quality decline lost.

The small-scale cow manure organic fertilizer equipment is the process of turning the waste from the breeding pollution source into treasure:

1、 On the ground, use the windrow turning machine, or use the fermentation tank to put materials, and use the tank turning machine;

2、 Evenly sprinkle the bacterial agent, turn over the pile and ferment to reach the goal of warming, deodorizing, decaying, and killing miscellaneous bacteria grass seeds;

3、 Fermentation for 7-12 days, according to the temperature of different places, the number of times of turning is different;

4、 Complete fermentation and decomposition out of the tank (windrow type, direct collection by forklift truck);

5、 Coarse and fine screening is carried out with grading screen (the screened powdery fertilizer can be sold directly);

6、 The selected large pieces are crushed by crushing equipment and then returned to the grading screen;

7、 The required trace elements are mixed with a premixer;

8、 Choosing fertilizer granulators to make return materials into granules;

9、 Send to drying machine and cooling machine;

10、 Automatic packaging machine, automatic batching equipment, mobile loading belt conveyor, forklift silo and other equipment.
